Sharon Reading to kidsMelissa Public Library celebrated that special lady in our lives - that's right MOM!  Mayor Pro-Tem Sharon Weideman (pictured) was our special guest reader and she shared some of her and her children's favorite books about Moms. ... After the readings, the kids were lead by Librarian Mrs. Perkins in making special Mother's Day Cards for their Moms. The kiddos even made special hearts with their hands and finger paints!
