Streetlight Outage Reporting

Residents can report a street light outage directly to the electric service provider or to the Public Works Department.  When reporting to the Public Works Department please allow 24 hours to respond to your request.  Any questions please call the Public Works Office at (214) 544-9445.

To report a street light outage to the service provider, you will need the following information: 

• Pole Number located on the light pole
• Nearest intersection where pole is located
• Subdivision if applicable
