The Town Center Project...

The Town Center in the Villages of Melissa will include a new city hall with library, neighborhood retail, a farmer's market, music pavilion and parks.

Calling upon the city's historical roots, the architecture will be similar to Parker Square in Southlake. The Town Center in the Villages of Melissa will be located just north of Hwy. 121 between Hwy 75 (Central Expressway) and State Hwy 5.

The all new Melissa City Hall and Public Library were dedicated on July 3, 2010.
